Frequently asked questions
Your questions
The answers to the questions we are asked most often. Missing one? Write to us.
How do I make an appointment?
Directly with the practitioner you wish to see: her profile gives her phone number, e-mail address or booking link.
The centre does not make appointments on their behalf. Each practitioner is independent and keeps her own diary.
Where is the centre?
Rue du Long Chêne / Lange Eikstraat 83, 1970 Wezembeek-Oppem — east of Brussels, in Flemish Brabant.
Your practitioner will explain how to get there when you book. For anything else, write to us through the Contact page.
Which languages are spoken?
It depends on the practitioner: each profile lists the languages she speaks — English, French, Dutch, German, sometimes others. The directory can be filtered by language.
Is the Wezembeek Center a medical centre?
No. It is a place that hosts independent practitioners from several disciplines. Some are healthcare professionals (psychology, psychiatry); others work in wellness or beauty, with no medical purpose.
Each practises under her own responsibility, according to the rules of her profession.
Are sessions reimbursed?
It depends on the discipline, the practitioner and your health insurance fund. Ask her when you book: she will tell you what applies to her practice.
Can I rent an office at the centre?
Yes. The centre offers upstairs offices to independent professionals. The “Offices to rent” page presents them; for a visit, write to us through the Contact page.
What should I do in an emergency?
The centre is not an emergency service. In case of immediate danger, call 112.
